Trainee Project Worker
Liaise with local agencies and others who are responsible for referring, supporting or supervising the tenant.(e.g. Probation, Social Services, Health, Housing, Employment, Police, Community groups etc.) To establish good relationships,with neighbours, and to mediate in disputes where necessary.
To support and encourage the tenants with daily living skills, promote decision-making and ownership responsibilities. To assess individual needs and establish individual action plans To implement resettlement support programme and work with the tenants to reach these goals To maintain day-to-day oversight of the ongoing care and support needs of designated tenants, and establish a relationship of trust with tenants to facilitate this.
To ensure that routine property maintenance and damage is reported promptly to maintenance staff and to co-operate with them in meeting repair response times. Liaise with local agencies and others who are responsible for referring, supporting or supervising the tenant. (E.g. Probation, Social Services, Health, Housing, Employment, Police, Community groups etc.) To establish good relationships, with neighbours, and to mediate in disputes where necessary.
To ensure rent monies, petty cash and purchasing is recorded and accounted in line with financial procedures. To maintain tenant records, health and safety reports and other related administrative recording as required
